Traders made $ 80.44 million worth of trades over the past day.

No other cryptocurrency in the top 100 ranking was able to come close to demonstrating the same daily increase in value. However, the second place in the profitability ranking went to OKB. The cryptocurrency’s exchange rate increased by 4.19% over the day, and the value of the OKX token amounted to $ 16.55. The total supply of coins circulating on the market reached $ 998.94 million.

KuCoin Token (KCS), also a token of the exchange, is in third place. Over the past 24 hours, the price of the virtual asset has soared by 3.8%, reaching $ 9.12. The capitalization of the digital currency was fixed at $ 896.37 million.

It should be added that the main loser of the day was, as expected, the TerraClassic USD (USTC) cryptocurrency. Its rate has again undergone a correction — the quotes of the virtual asset fell to $ 0.046, which is 12.12% lower than the previous day. The total capitalization of the digital currency fell to $ 453.65 million.

However, the price of USTC is still higher than last week. As a reminder, on October 11, the value of the fraudulent cryptocurrency TerraClassicUSD (USTC) increased by 57%, reaching its monthly maximum. This happened after the Terraform Labs community accepted the proposal of Tobias Andersen, a senior developer at Bitcoin Suisse AG, to re-peg the coin to the US dollar. Andersen presented a proposal to solve the problem of the large number of unsecured USTCs and the hyperinflationary Luna Classic (LUNC) supply. He wants to recapitalize the USTC through quantitative easing and reduce the huge amount of debt that accumulated in May 2022 during the Terra Classic ecosystem crash.
