A crypto wallet that has been inactive for almost 9 years has made its owner a millionaire

Cryptocurrency tracker Whale Alert has detected a transaction from a wallet that has been inactive since 2013. The wallet contained 2,000 bitcoins, whose price has increased more than 62 times over the past 8.5 years.

From 468 643 dollars in 2013, this amount of BTC is now worth 60 984 576 dollars. The owner sold his bitcoins, instantly becoming a millionaire.

In the comments, some have suggested that this could be a crypto wallet belonging to the FBI. In 2013, US law enforcement agencies shut down the Silk Road darknet project, and its founder Ross Ulbricht was sentenced to two life terms. His bitcoin wallet was seized by the FBI, making the agency a major bitcoin holder.
