Binance will allow buying cryptocurrency with Apple Pay and Google Pay
The cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced that users can now buy cryptocurrency using credit and debit cards via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

According to Binance, the service is currently only available to citizens of the UK and the EEA (European Economic Area — ed.), which includes Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Those users who want to access the service must go through the process of verifying their account. You can try the new method by clicking on the «Buy» option in your profile and then selecting «Credit/Debit Card» in the main menu bar of the Binance homepage.
Next, you need to enter the desired amount of cryptocurrency or traditional financial asset and confirm your choice. To buy cryptocurrency using Google Pay or Apple Pay, you should select the appropriate payment service and click «Continue.» Finally, it is worth checking the accuracy of the information provided, and then the user will be redirected to the Google Pay or Apple Pay transaction page, where they will need to confirm the payment.
A week ago, Binance and digital asset wallet maker Ledger started a joint cooperation. The exchange promises that owners of physical Ledger wallets of the Nano S and Nano X versions will be able to buy cryptocurrencies directly from their Ledger Live app, with Binance acting as an intermediary. The new feature allows each cryptocurrency wallet holder to store more than 80 different types of digital assets, and payments can be made with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
