Domain 000. eth sold for $ 300,000

The unknown owner of the 000. eth domain sold it for a record-breaking amount of 300 ETH (about $ 316,000). Its price beat the cost of the porn. eth (184 ETH) and sam. eth (100 ETH) domains.

The new owner now has at least three Ethereum Name Service domains in his collection: 000. eth, samanatha. eth, and samanatha-000.eth. Less than a week ago, he also purchased NFT Bored Ape Yacht Club #3553 for 115 ETH (about $ 121,000).

The Ethereum Name Service, a naming platform for web3 projects, is popular among cryptocurrency community members. After all, it allows turning long strings of data into easy-to-read and memorable addresses.
