STEPN cryptocurrency pyramid token grew by 140% in just 5 hours

The GST token of the popular move-to-earn app STEPN has risen by 140% in five hours. At the time of writing, the token is trading for $ 0.0877 dollars (according to CoinMarketCap).

The reason for this is currently unknown. However, many Twitter users who actively follow and analyze the market speculate that the STEPN team has launched a buyback program. However, this is unlikely because the developers mentioned earlier that they would not do this.
