This user’s wallet has previously received funds from OKX and Binance exchanges and has been seen making donations to WikiLeaks totaling 711.52 ETH ($ 1.97 million). on January 17, the last donation amounted to 591.62 ETH ($ 1.63 million). In his message, the donor introduced himself as Hu Lezhi, a programmer and entrepreneur who believed that he had been under the control of a secret organization since childhood. He said he was forced to leave this world and hoped for its «destruction.»
In another online message, the user claimed that military forces were already using «brain chips, radio signals, and nanomachines to control citizens.» In addition to the burned funds, this wallet has transferred 1,238 ETH (about $ 3.4 million) to anonymous addresses in recent days, the reasons for these transactions remain unknown.
