In Ukraine, you can pay for the purchase of equipment with cryptocurrency

Whitepay, a cryptocurrency processing system that is part of the WhiteBIT crypto exchange ecosystem, has launched the possibility of paying for goods with cryptocurrency in the largest chains of hardware stores in Ukraine.

According to the official website of Whitepay, customers will be able to pay for gadgets with cryptocurrency using the Whitepay POS terminal (payment terminal), which accepts both fiat and cryptocurrency payments. This option of paying for goods is beneficial for both entrepreneurs who are expanding their customer base and customers who can pay in any convenient way.

«To conduct transactions, it is enough to have your own cryptocurrency wallet. There areno additional terms of use,» Whitepay representatives explained. Customers can make payments in cryptocurrency both in online stores and offline outlets.

As a reminder, the WhiteBIT crypto exchange recently launched its own WhiteBIT token, and its sale ended 15 minutes after the start of trading — users purchased 1 million WBT much faster than expected. Earlier, representatives of the exchange reported that a total of 400,000,000 WBT were issued. Some tokens worth 78 million WBT were sold in a private auction. These tokens will be locked for 3 months, after which 20% of them will be unlocked every 5 months.
