Gordon Ramsay’s show will be launched in The Sandbox virtual reality

Gordon Ramsay’s popular reality show Hell’s Kitchen is to move into virtual reality in partnership with The Sandbox. According to an announcement on Sandbox, the metaverse community will be able to «create new virtual dishes, win contests, collect recipes, and compete for a chance to become a chef.»

«For me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering new territories. It doesn’t matter whether it’s creating a signature dish, a new restaurant concept, a new show or now a virtual experience at The Sandbox. I am fascinated by The Sandbox and its proposal to create a restaurant in a meta-universe. I couldn’t think of a better platform to further spread the awareness of Hell’s Kitchen and my brand,» says the chef.

Sébastien Borguet, COO and co-founder of The Sandbox, also does not hide his enthusiasm:

«Hell's Kitchen is an American culinary reality show hosted by Ramsay himself, which premiered in 2005. Since then, the show has been shown in 24 countries and won six Emmy nominations in 20 seasons.

The Sandbox also collaborates with DJ and glam diva Paris Hilton to recreate her Malibu mansion in the metaverse.
