Samsung postpones the launch date of its cryptocurrency exchange: launch this year

Global tech giant Samsung has announced that its cryptocurrency exchange will be launched by the end of 2022, according to company representatives.

Samsung said that it is already dealing with the issues of obtaining all the necessary licenses and permits to launch the exchange. Samsung is cooperating with 7 South Korean financial companies to create its own crypto exchange.

As it became known earlier, users will be able to use the platform to invest in both cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens. Samsung also plans to ensure maximum protection of digital assets of exchange users from hacker attacks.

It is worth noting that the need to create a South Korean crypto exchange arose due to the South Korean government’s plans to block citizens from accessing foreign exchanges that are not properly registered to operate in the country.
