Binance independently investigates fraud allegations against the Luna token team

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao has asked an internal investigation team to look into Twitter insider FatMan’s accusations against Terraform Labs.

In an interview with Fortune on June 1, speaking about Terra 2.0 support, Zhao said that he had read FatMan’s tweets accusing Do Kwon.

FatMan published information that Terra manipulated markets, paid exchanges for listing, engaged in insider trading, tokenization, financial data concealment, money laundering, and tax evasion.

Zhao also criticized Terra for failing to compensate small investors and people who lost money due to the UST collapse.

«Based on the data we have, if we come to any corroborating conclusions, we will have to share them with law enforcement. As of today, we cannot confirm or deny the allegations,» the Binance CEO added.
