Changpeng Zhao foresees the introduction of several cryptocurrencies on Twitter

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao suggests that Twitter will support several different cryptocurrencies in the future, not just BNB or DOGE. Yesterday, on November 1, the expert spoke at the AMA conference, where he discussed the introduction of digital assets on the Twitter platform.

According to Zhao, Binance is not particularly involved in direct transactions with the social network, but is simply one of the investors. Zhao noted: «Twitter should support multiple cryptocurrencies, not just BNB and DOGE. Choosing only one digital asset to integrate is an irrational decision, strategically wrong.»

Zhao suggested that Musk is focused on organizational issues regarding the social network’s operation, so now is not the best time to actively promote Twitter-based digital assets. «Given Musk’s enthusiasm and support for the crypto industry, Twitter may introduce large-scale crypto-related solutions in the near future,» Binance CEO emphasized.

As a reminder, Changpeng Zhao said that he is ready to help the new owner of Twitter implement Web3 technologies on the platform, as Twitter is a global platform for freedom of speech. Zhao also emphasized that he himself is «very active» in using the social network.
