Charles Hoskinson is outraged by the unprofessionalism of Twitter developers

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson surprised his Twitter followers with an eccentric post. The fact is that Hoskinson complained about the fake account of Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, and Twitter did not respond appropriately. He tweeted that he «can't wait for Elon Musk to take control of the platform and stop everyone responsible for the pathetic bot control.» Hoskinson also said that Twitter developers should have nothing to do with technological developments.

Hoskinson’s strong reaction is partly understandable, as the number of bots or fake accounts under influencers' posts sometimes reaches more than 90% of the total number of reactions or comments. Earlier, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse spoke about dozens of fake Twitter accounts that steal cryptocurrency from users. «I can’t believe I’m still doing this. @TwitterSupport, it’s shameful that you can’t tell the difference between a real profile and a fake one. Fraudulent accounts that have received a verification mark are responding to a lot of crypto tweets pretending to be me, Vitalik Buterin, or Changpeng Zhao,» Harlinghaus tweeted.

Earlier, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that almost every comment he sees is made by a bot, fake page, or someone impersonating a popular cryptocurrency exchange or financial company. It is worth noting that the high percentage of bots on the platform was the main reason why Musk decided to terminate the Twitter acquisition deal a few months ago. Yesterday, Musk changed his mind and decided to give the deal the green light, agreeing to purchase Twitter shares for $ 54.20 per unit.

The Cardano cryptocurrency founder and CEO of Input Output has previously shared his predictions about the future of bitcoin. Hoskinson is convinced that BTC will be used by all kinds of decentralized programs, smart contracts, and even governments at the official level.
