Cryptocurrency owners will be able to use ChatGPT for trading

OpenAI has introduced a new feature for ChatGPT called Pulse, a personalized assistant that runs in the background and generates daily updates based on the user’s interests. The idea is to make ChatGPT not only reactive when users ask questions, but also proactive — able to select the necessary information on its own.

Pulse analyzes the history of dialogs and user feedback to determine what is most relevant and presents it in the form of visual cards with short announcements and the ability to get details. For example, a user can receive daily updates on news, travel, or the crypto market. Altman, CEO of OpenAI, explained that this is a step towards a more personalized and proactive assistant.

The feature is already available in a preliminary form for ChatGPT Pro users and will be extended to Plus subscribers later. Pulse can also integrate with Gmail and Google Calendar to automatically generate agendas, suggest tasks, or even recommend restaurants while traveling.

Cointelegraph emphasized that crypto traders can use Pulse for daily market news summaries. This is in line with the trend: according to Finder research, 15% of British investors are already using AI for cryptocurrency trading advice, and among younger generations, this figure reaches more than 60%.

At the same time, OpenAI warns that its tools should not be used as professional financial advice. A previous experiment showed that ChatGPT’s recommendations on cryptocurrency allocation can vary significantly and are not always reliable, as artificial intelligence sometimes recommends even failed tokens.
