Date of Ethereum’s transition to the «green» blockchain has been postponed

The founder of BTC. TOP and a well-known Chinese miner Jiang Joer predicted that Ethereum’s transition to the green blockchain will take place between October and December of this year. According to him, the bear market will end at the end of 2022.

It should be noted that this forecast contradicts the statement of ETH co-founder Vitalik Buterin. The latter assured the crypto community that the blockchain will switch to the Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm in August.

Still, the Chinese miner’s words are worth listening to — last Saturday, the founder of BTC. TOP said that bitcoin would rise this week. And it has happened — at least over the last day, the rate of the No. 1 cryptocurrency has increased and is now around $ 31,500.

The transition to the PoS consensus algorithm is often associated with eco-activism, but there is another position — many believe that bitcoin can help fight global warming. This misunderstanding is also used by governments in many countries: they want to control the «harmful» bitcoin and introduce new regulatory restrictions.
