Study: 55% of Europeans own cryptocurrencies

Kantar, an international market research agency, has conducted a survey commissioned by BitMEX, a cryptocurrency exchange. The study found that 55% of respondents from Europe reported having income from investments in digital assets.

The purpose of the survey was to identify trends and community awareness of web3, as well as the need for a better understanding of current investor needs. More than 3,000 participants living in Europe, Asia, and Latin America were interviewed.

According to the results, 3 out of 5 Europeans keep their savings at least partially in cryptocurrencies. The analysts noted that 70% of this group consider the main goal to be to increase the family budget.

The final part of the report shows that the income of 60% of European respondents has increased by 50% compared to the initial deposit.
