Anthony Hopkins to release its own NFT token collection

The American actor Anthony Hopkins will release an NFT collection based on his roles, Variety reports, citing the artist’s statement at an online conference. To create and launch the first series of NFT Eternal Collection, the actor is collaborating with Orange Comet, a creative Web3 studio.

The collection will feature more than 1,000 tokens associated with 10 characters played by Hopkins, including Hannibal Lecter from The Silence of the Lambs and Odin from the Marvel movies Thor. The collection will also include digital artwork by the actor himself.

According to Orange Comet CEO Dave Broome, the Eternal Collection will go on sale in mid-September on the OpenSea NFT marketplace. Part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
