Anthony Hopkins became interested in cryptocurrencies and bought NFT tokens

Following Snoop Dogg, Jimmy Fallon, and Reese Witherspoon, who already have non-fungible tokens, the star of the films The Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Thor has decided to purchase his first NFT. Anthony Hopkins wrote about it on Twitter.

Earlier, the winner of two Oscars changed the name of his Twitter account to AHopkins.eth. According to EtherScan, the AHopkins. eth domain name was purchased in May, when the actor had not yet purchased an NFT. However, after Hopkins published the wallet’s address, users sent him several collectible tokens as a gift.

Recently, Johnny Depp went even further and created his own NFT collection. It consists of 11,111 NFTs, of which 10 thousand are available for purchase. The other 1111 were distributed by the actor to his fans and team members who supported Johnny during the massive harassment after his divorce from Amber Heard and domestic violence allegations.
