In a recent interview with CNBC, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said that he uses only cryptocurrencies to buy goods and services.

Zhao assured that he does not use paper money at all and does not have cash, as well as dollar or any other bank accounts. All of his capital consists of cryptocurrencies, and it is with them that he pays for everything he needs. At the same time, Zhao does not exchange digital currencies for fiat money to purchase something, but uses them directly.

The businessman also emphasized that cryptocurrencies are better suited for cross-border payments, as cryptocurrency transactions are much cheaper and much faster. He added that in his opinion, virtual assets are not only a currency, but also an investment, and this segment of the economy will continue to grow despite high volatility.
