The update became known thanks to a post by a Twitter user. This way, anyone can find out the balance of any wallet even easier than when using «scanners» (services that visualize information from the blockchain). Google data is available thanks to one of these platforms, Etherscan. However, as we found out, the function is not currently available in all countries (not yet in Ukraine).
