It is worth noting that the developers have the funds to launch the Web3 version of The Sims: the venture capital company Griffin Gaming Partners has already financed Wright’s idea. According to Will Wright, the developers will use the money to integrate blockchain technologies and artificial intelligence into future simulation games.

According to a new study by Perforce, most game developers are not convinced that blockchain will matter in the long run.
