Anonymous hackers announce hitting 14 targets in Russia on Ukraine’s Independence Day
Anonymous, the world’s most famous cyber group, posted a video from the Ukrainian Armed Forces StratCom on its page on social network X (formerly Twitter). It announces large-scale events on the territory of the terrorist state on Ukraine’s Independence Day.
The video was captioned: «On August 24, the Ukrainian army will strike 14 Russian cities, including Moscow.»
Social media users began retweeting the hacktivists' messages. A user under the nickname @EvilMaksym wrote: «Even if it’s IPSO, spread it, let them [окупантів] panic.»
As a reminder, Ukrainian hackers KibOrg hacked a Russian conference on the theft of Ukrainian children. Ukrainian hackers joined the meeting and told the terrorists what would happen to them after Ukraine’s victory: «Each of you will be responsible for all actions, for every child’s tear. Your data and words are recorded, prepare your wills.» In a panic, the Russians began to turn off their microphones and cameras, some of them covering the cameras with their hands, trying to leave the meeting.
