Elon Musk raised the cryptocurrency token by 18% with one tweet

Thevalue of theFloki Inu cryptocurrency has risensharply after Elon Musk mentioned it onTwitter.

By simply mentioning his dog Floki, named after the character in the Vikings series, Musk managed to encourage investors to buy the Floki Inu token of the same name (FLOKI), and its price rose by almost 20% in an hour.

Floki Inu is a clone of the already well-known Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) memecoins, but with a Viking theme. These tokens, originally launched for entertainment, are now actively used as means of payment, and some of them are even working on their own DeFi infrastructure.

Floki Inu spends a lot of effort on its own promotion. For example, the famous boxer Tyson Fury appeared in a T-shirt with a picture of a dog wearing a Viking helmet, which is a symbol of the project. Floki Inu is actively engaged in advertising and cooperates with major cryptocurrency exchanges.
