Elon Musk is under investigation — all because of the Twitter scandal

The American billionaire Elon Musk, who until recently was mistakenly considered a friend of Ukraine, has become the subject of a federal investigation in the United States — all because of his $ 44 billion takeover of Twitter. While Elon Musk boasts of his lack of minimal knowledge of history and offers Ukraine to make peace with a terrorist state, the US federal authorities are investigating the billionaire’s activities.

As it became known, on October 13, a regular hearing was held on Twitter's lawsuit against Elon Musk. The prosecution presented a document according to which the billionaire is under investigation. «Twitter representatives said that they had been demanding that Musk’s lawyers provide the data to the federal authorities for months, but they did not do so. The company has asked a judge in Delaware to order the lawyers to provide the documents,» Reuters reported.

In late September, Musk’s lawyers sent a «privilege log» identifying documents that should not be disclosed. The log contains links to drafts of a May 13 email to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a presentation to the Federal Trade Commission. It is not yet known how this information will affect the course of the Twitter vs. Elon Musk case, but SpaceX CEO Alex Spiro’s representative said that Twitter is diverting attention from its own problems with bots.

As for the aforementioned SpaceX company, whose satellite Internet service Musk made free for Ukrainians at the beginning of the war by providing Starlink satellites and terminals for them, SpaceX’s «goodwill» has ended. Musk said that SpaceX would stop funding Starlink satellite communications in Ukraine if the Pentagon refused to pay tens of millions of dollars a month.
