Elon Musk promised to broadcast a fight with Mark Zuckerberg on the X platform

The chances that the fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg will take place continue to grow. The CEO of X stated that the fight will be broadcast live, and all proceeds will go to charity for veterans.

Earlier, having assessed the potential scale of the event, Musk and Zuckerberg decided to choose a more suitable location than a cage for fights in Las Vegas. They even considered a fight in the Roman Colosseum as a possible option.

«The fight between Tsuk and Mask will be broadcast live on X. All proceeds will go to charity for veterans,» Elon Musk wrote on his X page.

The businessman also said he was preparing for the fight by lifting a dumbbell.

As a reminder, Musk invited Zuckerberg to a cage fight on June 21, 2023, shortly after the news that Meta was developing its own Twitter analog. The founder of Meta Corporation reacted by posting a screenshot of Musk’s tweet with the caption «send me a seat.»

Dana White, president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), said he had spoken to both Musk and Zuckerberg, and that both were «serious.» However, the SpaceX owner’s mother, May Musk, said that she canceled her son’s fight with the head of Meta. «Actually, I canceled the fight. But I haven’t told them yet. However, I will continue to say that the fight has been canceled, just in case…», said May Musk.
