Elon Musk warned that Twitter will do a lot of stupid things in the coming months
New Twitter owner Elon Musk has asked his followers to prepare for «lots of dumb things in the coming months» as the Tesla CEO promises a series of experiments that may not appeal to all users.
Please note that Twitter will do lots of dumb things in the coming months.
We will keep what works & change what doesn’t.

«Please note that Twitter will do lots of dumb things in the coming months. We will keep what works and change what doesn’t,» Musk mysteriously tweeted.
During a Q&A session at Twitter Spaces on November 9, Musk was asked what he thought about Twitter advertising, and the billionaire replied: «One way to solve this issue is to integrate ads into recommended tweets.»
Musk also suggested that the «blue tick «would be eliminated after the updated Twitter blue launch. The Twitter employee then explained that at this stage, this privilege will be granted only to government and commercial organizations. Later, she tweeted: «There are no more sacred cows at Twitter. Elon is ready to try many things — many of them will fail, some will succeed. The goal is to find the right mix of successful changes to grow the business.»
There are no sacred cows in product at Twitter anymore. Elon is willing to try lots of things -- many will fail, some will succeed. The goal is to find the right mix of successful changes to ensure the long-term health and growth of the business. https://t.co/cMf27EmmpJ

During the discussion, Musk also proposed a number of changes for the social network: adding longer text to tweets, improving the search function, forming a content moderation board, bringing back short Vine videos, adding paid messages that will allow users to send private messages to politicians, opinion leaders, etc.
Twitter has also applied for registration with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), which will allow it to securely process payments on the platform in the future.
Yep, Twitter Payments LLC registered with FinCEN a few days ago as a money transmitter. You can verify its registration on FinCEN’s search page: https://t.co/cKJ9rCpd2F pic.twitter.com/7zo8tWDdmq

After the acquisition of Twitter, Musk has already made radical changes to the company — he fired the CEO, removed the board of directors, and laid off almost 75% of the company’s employees.
