This statement was made after receiving a lawsuit accusing Musk of illegally organizing a cryptocurrency pyramid scheme. Musk also confirmed that he continues to buy DOGE despite the overall decline in the cryptocurrency market capitalization.

Despite the absurdity of such a lawsuit, the entrepreneur had previously been warned of such a possibility.
