Kaleo strategist predicts strong growth for altcoins on the Ethereum blockchain

A popular crypto analyst has stated that Ethereum and three other altcoins in its ecosystem are ready for significant growth. The expert, who goes by the pseudonym Kaleo, told his 601,300 followers on the X platform that ETH is ready to overcome the diagonal resistance at $ 1900.

According to the chart shared by the analyst, after the breakout, Ethereum could rise to $ 2100. «Given that it’s diagonal season, the fun for ETH should really begin when it breaks through $ 1,900,» Kaleo emphasized. At the time of writing, Ethereum is trading at $ 1,881.

The crypto strategist is also keeping an eye on the Ethereum Arbitrum (ARB) scaling solution. According to Kaleo, ARB has already turned a key diagonal resistance into support and could rise to $ 1.30.

«ARB also looks poised for new highs after breaking/retesting high timeframe resistance. I would like to see a return to the mid-August breakout level ($ 1.15) with a further reach of July highs in the $ 1.30 area,» the analyst said. ARB is currently trading at $ 1.08.

Next on Kaleo’s list is the second-tier protocol and Arbitrum’s competitor Optimism (OP). According to the expert, OP is following ARB after it overcame many months of diagonal resistance. «It is impossible to mention ARB without looking at OP… It has a pretty clear flag forming underneath it — it looks like it’s ready for a pullback to the August highs around $ 2.00.» At the time of writing, OP is trading at $ 1.52.

The latest Ethereum-based altcoin to come to the attention of traders is the market’s own non-fungible token asset, Blur (BLUR). Kaleo shared a chart showing that BLUR is in an uptrend after breaking above its diagonal resistance. «It looks like BLUR is ready to start climbing back to $ 0.50.» The token is currently trading at $ 0.30.
