Crypto exchange Binance will restrict access to users from Russia.

Accounts of users from the Russian Federation with a total value of crypto assets exceeding € 10,000 will be restricted.
For now, users will only be able to use the withdrawal function.

Accounts of Russians residing outside Russia and accounts of Russian citizens or persons residing in Russia with a total value of crypto assets not exceeding € 10,000 will not be affected and will remain active.
