Crypto exchange Binance has canceled the commission for trading with bitcoin
Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced the abolition of fees for trading bitcoin with 13 currency pairs, including the hryvnia. The innovation was introduced in honor of the exchange’s 5th anniversary.
According to Binance representatives on the company’s official website, starting from July 8, the exchange will not charge a fee for trading Cryptocurrencies in tandem with fiat currencies, including the hryvnia, euro, US dollar, Australian dollar, Brazilian real, British pound, and ruble. There will be no commission for trading with stablecoins: BUSD, USDT, USDC, TUSD, USDP, BIDR.
However, Binance emphasized that the zero commission is valid only for spot trading. The duration of this promotion is currently unknown, as the exchange’s website states that «there will be no commission until the next official announcement on this topic.»
As a reminder, it has recently become known that the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, along with large global corporations, has joined the Digital4Freedom project, which aims to help Ukraine in its digital development. At the end of June, Binance and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the launch of a new project called IT Generation. As part of the partnership, Binance Charity will allocate $ 1 million in BUSD to provide scholarships to 1000 Ukrainians.
