Cryptocurrency and DAO will allow everyone to become co-owners of a brewery

MetaBrewSociety (MBS), a Munich-based company, will allow NFT owners to make business decisions about the future of the brewery.

According to the official MBS website, the company will create tokenized certificates, which will allow to influence the activities of a physical brewery in Munich at different levels. All NFTs will entitle the holder to at least 100 glasses of free beer per year, and the sale of tokens will help finance the brewery.

MetaBrewSociety CEO Holger Mannweiler said that 6000 non-fungible tokens will be put on sale first, and then a DAO will be formed from NFT holders who will influence the business.

The MBS brewery will also be created in the meta-universe to increase the project’s awareness and sell beer online. Mannweiler emphasized that Web3 concepts (such as DAOs and NFTs) can help modernize any brand — it is only necessary to create communities to shape the principles of the company’s development.
