Nexo cryptocurrency grew by 11% over the past day

According to the last 24 hours, the cryptocurrency market remains low-volatile, with its capitalization increasing by only 0.2%. However, among the tokens included in the top 100 ranking, several digital assets managed to grow.

The leader of the day in terms of profitability was the cryptocurrency Nexo (NEXO), whose quotes rose by 11.11% on the day. The token traded at $ 0.684, rising to 81st place in the top ranking with a market capitalization of $ 383.6 million.

The growth in value in the short term was also demonstrated by the digital asset EOS (EOS), which gained 6.61% over the past 24 hours. EOS is currently trading at $ 0.983. Its total capitalization is $ 1.06 billion, which allowed the token to rank 40th on the list of the best.

Third in the list of daily growth and 41st among the top 100 was Trust Wallet Token (TWT), whose quotes jumped by 5.12% in 24 hours. TWT is trading at $ 2.44, which is 116% higher than a month ago. The capitalization of the virtual asset is $ 1.01 billion.

As for the flagship cryptocurrencies, bitcoin grew by only 0.3% per day, and ethereum — by 0.5%. According to CryptoCompare, in the second half of this year, ethereum outpaced bitcoin in terms of market growth dynamics. Over the past six months, ETH has recorded a 22.4% gain, while BTC has lost 10.8%. After the FTX crash, investors and crypto companies suffered multibillion-dollar losses, and the gap in yields between bitcoin and ethereum became the largest in 2022. Digital asset holders initiated a massive wave of sales in the market, which is why BTC lost about 16.3% of its value in November. This was the worst monthly performance since June 2022.
