Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced a partnership with the educational platform Master Class to launch blockchain and cryptocurrency training seminars. The course from the world’s largest crypto platform will include 18 lessons on the basic principles of blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and DAO.

«As civilization evolves, it is necessary to develop an understanding of the latest technologies to create business models that would not have been possible using outdated traditional finance. Blockchain can expand freedom without sacrificing other aspects such as security and ease of use,» emphasized Changpeng Zhao, discussing the need for an educational project on cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

This is not the only educational program launched by Binance — in September, the exchange introduced an educational course for law enforcement officers that teaches how to find cybercriminals. Consumer protection is a top priority for the exchange, so the platform’s representatives will do everything possible to fight hacking and cyberterrorism, Binance said at the time. Last year alone, the Binance Investigations team held more than 30 workshops to find cybercriminals around the world.

«We work hand-in-hand with law enforcement to track suspicious accounts and transactions, contributing to the fight against terrorist financing, child pornography, and other crimes,» said Tigran Ghambaryan, Head of Intelligence and Investigations at Binance.
