Cryptocurrency exchange Binance to collaborate with Cristiano Ronaldo to launch digital token collection

One of the best football players in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo, will launch his own NFT token collection on the Binance platform this Friday, November 18.

The NFT collection with the famous footballer will be available for purchase in early 2023. The first of a series of planned collections will include seven animated Ronaldo statues with four levels of rarity:

• Super Super Rare (SSR)
• Super rare (SR)
• Rare ®
• Normal (N).

Each level of uniqueness will have its own benefits, including a personal message from Ronaldo and merchandise signed by the football star. In addition, the 45 highest-priced NFTs — 5 SSR tokens and 40 SR tokens — will be put up for a 24-hour auction on the Binance NFT marketplace. The starting price for each token is 10,000 BUSD for SSR and 1700 BUSD for SR. The remaining 6,600 NFTs — 600 R-level tokens and 6,000 N-level tokens — will be available on Binance at a price starting at 77 BUSD.

The crypto exchange also noted that in a number of countries, users will be able to buy collections of digital tokens with Cristiano Ronaldo using Binance Pay. Earlier this fall, Binance entered into a long-term partnership with the famous Italian football club Lazio. The collaboration resulted in the creation of a digital token that serves as a ticket to FC matches.
