Binance Cryptocurrency Exchange Launches Free Cryptocurrency School for Ukrainians
Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, has launched a free crypto school in Ukraine, and you can start learning right now. The platform has developed a new educational product for Ukrainians in partnership with the Blockchain4Ukraine NGO and the Virtual Assets of Ukraine crypto association.
«The world is changing, new technologies are emerging that improve the lives of each of us. Every 10th Ukrainian has already started their crypto journey. It’s time to learn something new, especially if it’s easy and free!» — binance said in a statement.
To start learning, you need to register at Binance Academy and follow the link to the course. You can watch training videos and complete assignments at any time. The course is divided into 6 training blocks:
- Blockchain basics
- Cryptocurrency basics
- Decentralization
- Web3 and the metaverse
- Basics of trading
- Trading and investment strategies
Each training video lasts no longer than 25 minutes. After completing the course and passing the modules, each participant will receive an NFT certificate. Also, those who complete all the tasks will be able to take part in a raffle for an Iphone 14 and Airpods.
«The project is needed now more than ever. Our public union is already preparing an initiative to introduce a course on the basics of crypto-economics into school and higher education programs,» said Konstantin Yarmolenko, CEO of Virtual Assets of Ukraine.
The spring educational project on cryptocurrencies is not the only educational product launched by Binance for Ukrainians. At the end of June, Binance together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced the launch of a new IT Generation project. As part of the partnership, Binance Charity has allocated $ 1 million in BUSD to provide scholarships to 1000 Ukrainians. IT Generation enrollment started on July 4 and ended on August 21. The program lasted from two to six months.
