Cryptocurrency analysts name the tokens that grew despite the fall of the crypto market

According to CoinMarketCap, the global market capitalization has dropped by 7.5% over the past 24 hours, currently standing at $ 962 billion. The flagship cryptocurrency lost 8% of its value, while ethereum lost 8.4%. However, among the top 100 best tokens, analysts identified 3 that bucked the downward trend.

At the time of writing, the digital assets of Aptos (APT), Klaytn (KLAY), and Kava (KAVA) have increased in value by more than 2% over the past day. The absolute leader was the APT cryptocurrency, whose quotes jumped by 5.15% over the past day, and a token could be purchased for $ 11.2. However, the situation has now changed — Aptos has dropped by 1.4% over the past hour, trading at $ 10.07.

The second place was taken by KLAY token, whose quotes increased by 3.75%, reaching $ 0.22. The market capitalization of the cryptocurrency was fixed at $ 658 million. Market participants secured $ 140 million worth of transactions with the digital asset over the past day. Similarly to APT, the value of KLAY fell by 1.5% over the past hour.

The KAVA cryptocurrency rose in price by 2.5%, with its average price on trading platforms amounting to $ 0.88. The total supply of tokens circulating in the market was fixed at $ 385.16 million. Trading volumes for the day amounted to $ 54.32 million. However, like the previous two digital assets, KAVA fell by 1.1% per day.

The drop in the value of digital assets was caused by information about the problems of the cryptocurrency-friendly Silicon Valley Bank. Shares of the credit institution, which is one of the 20 largest US banks and serves many companies close to the crypto industry, fell by more than 60% after the closure of Silvergate Bank a day earlier. This happened against the backdrop of an asset sale organized by the SVB team to raise additional capital. The demise of Silicon Valley Bank, according to analysts, could put significant pressure on the market.
