10:32 pm, May 24, 2022

TRM Labs, Solana Foundation, Aave, Circle, Binance.us, Civic, and Hedera have teamed up to jointly launch a new fraud reporting platform for the cryptocurrency space. The Chainabuse platform will be managed by blockchain analytics company TRM Labs.

The platform allows any participant in the cryptocurrency industry to alert others to fraud, hacking, or other criminal activity. The free tool will allow you to play an active role in making the crypto ecosystem a safer place to work, the project founders assure. Any user or cryptocurrency company can become a member of the platform.

At the moment, users of Bitcoin, Etherium, Solana, Hedera, Tron, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain networks can submit complaints on the platform.

Currently, the platform already has over 600 reports, 106 of which describe cases of fraud related to cryptocurrency fundraising campaigns in support of Ukraine.
