Madonna commented on the frank NFT project, which began to be discussed on social media

In a telephone interview with the New York Times, Madonna commented on her candid project with digital artist Beeple, which has been actively discussed on social media.

The singer said that at first she was not interested in this form of digital communication, but that she believed in exploring issues of spirituality and community within the framework of art-NFT.

Sexuality has always been a part of the pop diva’s work, but provocation is just a tool in her opinion: «I never wanted to provoke just for the sake of provocation. These tokens demonstrate hope and technology.»

As a reminder, on Monday, the singer and digital artist Beeple presented a joint NFT work of three videos depicting three unique aspects of life before having children.

One of the videos shows a naked Madonna literally giving birth to a tree (thank goodness it’s a computer-generated image). The video is called «Mother of Creation». In the video «Mother of Evolution» butterflies fly out of the singer’s body, symbolizing hope, according to the authors. «Mother of Technology» features man-made beetles.
