Mailchimp has completely banned its service for cryptocurrency projects

Mailchimp, an American email marketing company, has announced that it will no longer support any cryptocurrency projects, meaning that Decrypt, a website that reports on news in the crypto world, is now banned from Mailchimp newsletters. However, this was confirmed not only by Decrypt journalists.

Earlier, Mailchimp stopped advertising platforms that provide cryptocurrency services. However, having canceled cooperation with Decrypt, Mailchimp representatives stated that in addition to banning their services for use by crypto platforms, the ban also applies to any sites that talk about virtual assets or encourage their purchase.

It seems that Mailchimp representatives have joined the camp of cryptocurrency haters and the community should expect new bans and statements from the email marketing company. Perhaps Mailchimp will initiate a collaboration with Elizabeth Warren, a US senator who wants to ban cryptocurrencies. Warren believes that the government needs to introduce a much stricter regulatory policy towards cryptocurrency companies.
