MetaMask develops a service to return stolen cryptocurrency

MetaMask and research firm Asset Reality are working together to create a new service that will help recover stolen cryptocurrency.

MetaMask will share information about victims of hacking or fraud with Asset Reality, which will help users organize themselves into groups to work with lawyers, analytical firms, and law enforcement agencies.

A new section will appear on the MetaMask website where users will be able to report stolen assets and provide detailed information. Asset Reality will then contact them for further actions to recover the funds.

As a reminder, the largest crypto companies have recently united to create a single platform for monitoring the actions of scammers and fraudsters.
