MicroStrategy has purchased 27,200 bitcoins

The purchases themselves were made between October 31 and November 10, 2024 and were financed through the sale of shares.

As of today, MicroStrategy and its affiliated companies own about 279,420 bitcoins. The crypto assets were acquired for a total amount of about $ 11.9 billion at an average price of $ 42.692 per coin, including expenses.

The new purchase of cryptocurrency came after the release of the quarterly report, which showed sales of $ 116 million, slightly below the expected $ 122.66 million.

It is worth adding that on October 30, 2024, MicroStrategy also reported revenue of 17.8% for the year and announced plans to raise $ 42 billion for further bitcoin purchases.
