Luna crypto token founder to be sued by South Korea’s largest law firm

2:28 pm, May 18, 2022

A new actor has appeared in the UST/LUNA collapse series — South Korea’s largest law firm LKB & Partners. The lawsuit will be a class action, and the statement of claim calls for the seizure of Do Kwon's assets.

According to local media reports, LKB will file a lawsuit against Kwon on behalf of ordinary investors, but some LKB employees may also join the case, as they lost money as a result of the UST/LUNA collapse. Therefore, the firm will have its own relationship with Kwon, and Terra’s CEO will obviously not like it.

The lawsuit is being filed with the Seoul Police Department’s Financial Investigation Department, but at the same time, lawyers are requesting the Seoul Prosecutor’s Office to seize Kwon’s property.

Media reports also mention a possible lawsuit against Daniel Shin, another Terra co-founder
