The most famous cartoon producer to launch its own NFT tokens
Warner Bros. has announced the launch of its own NFT collection Looney Tunes: What’s Up Block. The company plans to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Looney Tunes series.
According to Bitcoinist, non-fungible tokens will be available for purchase this month. A nice bonus will be the opportunity to collect NFTs and then participate in Warner Bros. crypto events and receive new exclusive tokens.
The authors of the idea hope that this will renew interest in the cartoon and open a new page in the history of Looney Tunes. They also expect to draw attention to the NFT collection due to the popularity of the brand, which has been grown up with its characters for several generations.
The most important task is to make sure that among all the NFT collections based on modern cartoons and TV series, users notice Looney Tunes as well. The same goal was set by the creator of the Rick and Morty sitcom, who announced the release of the blockchain-based NFT series Krapopolis back in May.
