Cryptocurrencies that grew the most over the past day

Among the cryptocurrencies included in the top 100 ranking by maximum capitalization, Toncoin (TON), Quant (QNT), and the infamous Terra Classic (LUNC) grew the most overnight.

The largest growth was demonstrated by the digital asset Toncoin (TON), which rose by 5.15% in 24 hours. The cryptocurrency’s value at the time of writing is $ 1.36. In the top 100 ranking, TON is on the 35th place, and the token’s capitalization is $ 1.658 billion.

The second place was taken by the Quant (QNT) cryptocurrency, trading at $ 140.86. At the same time, the token rose to 33rd place in the top 100 ranking, with a market capitalization of $ 1.7 billion. Overall, the cryptocurrency grew by 3.81% per day.

As for the fraudulent cryptocurrency Terra Classic (LUNC), its value rose by 3.62%. At the time of writing, the token is trading at $ 0.29. However, judging by the scale of the problems created by Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon, LUNC’s value is expected to drop significantly. As a reminder, Terra Classic founder Do Kwon is accused of violating South Korean legislation on financial markets. A few days ago, Interpol issued a «red notice», according to which Kwon was put on the international wanted list for further extradition to South Korea. However, neither Kwon nor his team pleaded not guilty. «We believe that this case has become highly politicized and that the actions of the Korean prosecutors demonstrate injustice and non-compliance with the basic rights guaranteed by state law,» a Terraform Labs representative recently said.
