Terra’s (LUNA) drop was triggered by the problems surrounding TerraformLabs founder Do Kwon. Earlier, a South Korean court issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon and several top managers of the company. Do Kwon and the team are accused by the South Korean authorities of violating financial markets laws.

On Saturday, September 17, Kwon made an official statement on Twitter and noted that he did not intend to hide from law enforcement and was ready to cooperate with the South Korean authorities. However, he refused to communicate with law enforcement directly.
