Netflix starts integrating NFT tokens into videos

A new season of the series Love, Death and Robots has been launched on the Netflix platform, where viewers can find NFT tokens.

Nine QR codes are integrated into both the show’s social media accounts and episodes of the 3rd season. Viewers can use their phones to scan the QR code to access the NFT, which will appear in their OpenSea account.

Unfortunately, this feature is only available to users from the US via a MetaMask wallet or Coinbase account. Users will also have to pay for gas to mint the NFTs they receive after scanning the QR code.

However, these NFTs are still not very valuable. According to OpenSea, the minimum price for an NFT is about 0.003 ETH or 6 USD. Since the show’s release on Netflix, the trading volume has amounted to USD 36,000, and there are 27,000 unique NFT holders.
