Netflix and Spotify now accept cryptocurrencies to pay for subscriptions
The Shiba Inu (SHIB) cryptocurrency can now be used to pay for subscriptions to Netflix and Spotify streaming platforms. This became possible thanks to the interval billing tool from NOWPayments. With this innovation, other platforms that work in the subscription format can also accept payments for services from SHIB.
Got a lot of subscriptions? Monthly @netflix and @spotify?
⚡️ How cool would it be if you could pay for those with $SHIB by @Shibtoken? #SHIBARMY, here’s how to accept #crypto payments with #SHIB

This is not the first time that streaming services charge users in digital currency. Back in the summer, the blockchain platform Revuto started selling NFTs, which allow users to purchase a lifetime subscription to Netflix and Spotify. In total, 10,000 NFTs were available, and each token was valued at $ 349. It is noteworthy that holders of unique NFT subscriptions will be able to resell them as regular tokens.
Interestingly, Shiba Inu cryptocurrency holders can use their assets not only for entertainment but also for the purchase of luxury goods. Elite car brands such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Koenigsegg hypercars, and Karma Automotive accept payments for their cars in SHIB. You can pay with virtual coins via BitPay.
SHIB is also now used to buy airline tickets and make purchases on Amazon. Thanks to the FCF Pay payment system, US and Canadian citizens will be able to pay with cryptocurrencies via ApplePay and Google Pay, while their digital assets will be converted into local currencies.
Interestingly, according to the annual results of Google trends, Shiba Inu in the United States is ahead of the DOGE meme-coin in popularity (1.29 million searches versus 729,000). At the time of writing, Shiba Inu (SHIB) is trading at $ 0.799.
