The boxer shared that until recently he did not understand how blockchain technologies work and repeatedly refused to invest in cryptocurrencies. The main problem is that many people don’t understand how it works, especially the older generation, because it has never been done before,» Usyk said.

Usyk emphasized that Ukraine should develop educational products in the crypto sphere and teach children about it, as even his 12-year-old daughter is already interested in blockchain technologies. «We want to find a bag with a million dollars, but it doesn’t work that way. You need to put in a lot of effort and develop in different areas,» the boxer said.

The contract between Usyk and the crypto exchange was signed on August 13 in the United Arab Emirates. At the time, QMALL representatives promised to support youth boxing in Ukraine to «give the younger generation many opportunities and bring sports in Ukraine to an even higher level.» «Cryptocurrencies in 2022 are modern, convenient, and safe. In addition to cooperation with QMALL, the boxer has started a partnership with the Ukrainian fundraising platform United24, which was launched by the President of Ukraine in early May.
