«I think Ukraine can become the next Web3 hub. The Ethereum Foundation has centers in Boulder (Colorado, USA), Berlin, and Singapore, as crypto communities have grown organically there. A country can become a Web3 center if its citizens are actively interested in this technology and decide to make a significant contribution to its development. Ukraine has both the capabilities and the determination to do so,» said Vitalik Buterin.

As a reminder, Vitalik Buterin, who was born in Russia, sent cryptocurrency donations for Ukrainians using Tornado Cash. It is known that in April he sent 1500 ETH to the accounts of Ukrainian charities.
