Popular American singer to create her own virtual reality and NFT token collection
The American singer and songwriter Miley Cyrus has taken her brand into the meta-universe. She has officially applied for several trademarks related to virtual reality and NFT.
Cyrus wants to offer the public the services of an online retail store with virtual artistic images in the form of NFT, as well as clothing, jewelry, shoes, glasses, emojis, and other accessories.
According to Mike Kondoudis, Cyrus' lawyer, on August 16, the star filed two NFT trademark applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the brands «Miley» and «Miley Cyrus». The trademarks are officially registered under the serial numbers 97 551 201 and 97 551 195.
By the way, this is not the first star to cooperate with virtual reality platforms.
