The popularity of cryptocurrency ATMs will grow by 60%

According to a study by Research and Markets, the popularity of cryptocurrency ATMs will grow by 60% by 2027.

As it became known, the market value of cryptomachines is currently estimated at $ 46.4 million, however, experts expect that in 2027 the market value of crypto ATMs (the cost of devices) will reach $ 472 million. The main factors of the projected growth include the increase in demand for cryptocurrencies, the growth of crypto transactions in developing countries, and the constant increase in the number of crypto machines worldwide.

Thus, in June, analysts recorded an increase in the installation of cryptocurrency AT Ms — 817 bitcoin ATMs were installed in the first 5 days of June, which is many times higher than in previous months. For example, in May, only 202 new crypto machines were registered. According to Coin ATM Radar, the total number of installations in 2022 decreased by 90%. At the time of writing, there are 34,557 crypto ATMs in the US and 43 in Ukraine.
